Best real estate agents are involved in their community

(720) 370-7404

*Training for real estate agents / brokers.
3 - 5 minute read.

Community. Build it.

How can I fit anything else into my schedule? Here’s how…

…Get in, where you fit in, but be creative with your time! Maybe you’ve fallen away from something you used to do more? Have you been wanting to get more involved or active in your community?

There are easy ways to integrate yourself into community activities and still have a lot of fun and time doing it. First you need to identify things that actually fit into your daily activities. Include your children and pets too

Do you enjoy working out?
Sometimes a gym can isolate you. Try light physical activities in a social setting. Check out www.TeamRWB.org in your community. It can be a good place to start a solid community network for your personal and professional life..

Have you been a Mentor?
Think about investing 1 hour per week into the life of a young adult with the YMCA, Boys & Girls Club of America, Optimist International, Civil Air Patrol, etc.

Are you a Foodie? (Foody) IDK the spelling!?! Don’t judge me!
Join a local Facebook “Food Lover” group. Be friends with people that are interested in similar things. Work should always feel like play.

Do you CODE for fun?
Go to meet ups! Hang out with people that like to do what you like to do. This can be great stress relief from the day to day grind. Over time, you’ll build trust, credibility, and rapport with the people that you meet.

(search for any activity that you enjoy)

What’s your thing?....... Do it!

Start to PLAN your activities. Expect to be there. Half of life is just showing up.

SAMPLE WEEK:
Monday -
Tuesday – Mentor/YMCA
Wednesday -
Thursday -
Friday -
Saturday – FOOD MEET UP / Denver
Sunday –

You are adding value to your community and you will be enriching lives. Real Estate agents need to give back to the communities that they work in everyday.

(720) 370-7404

This blog is intended to help people that are seeking information about small business, entrepreneurship, and building their brand. (Branding and Marketing)

How can you tell your STORY using social media as a platform?  First you need to find out WHAT is your story?....

Below you will find a list of questions that should start to help you discover your goals.

You'll also see a short "hint" question to get your creative juices flowing.  Take the proper time to answer the questions and start building your brand.

1. What are your goals?
What should people think when your name comes up, when they talk about you, or what you do?

2. What should be accomplished by your online presence?
Attract more qualified clients, look as professional as big companies, establishing a reputation?

3. What should people know you for?
Expert of organic food, go-to guy or girl for technology, most friendly in Colorado??

4. Start to GOOGLE search everything.....
Take notes from the best. Doing research is a huge part of any business.  Who is the person that has a high status in the field that you're in?  Google them, what comes up?

5. IDENTIFY how you are unique. What makes you different?
This can be how you approach projects, your philosophy, experience.
-What is your voice; what do you have to say to the world?
   -What could you teach others?
-What do you want to influence and what can you already influence?

I hope that these few ideas can help you get started on building your brand and start marketing your idea.

How to build a sales relationship with a client

(720) 370-7404

Is your client the type of person that you would be friends with? We can't like everybody, but it sure does feel good to work with people that you get along with. When you are attempting to build relationships with clients in the community, what are your steps? Do you have a routine for this, or do you just wing it?

These people can be VIPs, Centers of influence, clients, and all other contacts that help you operate a successful business.

1. Connect with people. Reach out and say hello. Don't be a stranger. Be social... even clicking "like" is ok.

2. First to contact, first to contract. Keep your clients informed of any new happenings in the area. Be the first one to keep your client on top of things.

3. We can all get a little bit better at what we do, or how we do it. ASK your clients how you can serve them better. Get feedback and make adjustments as needed.

4. Everyone is unique, just like you. Don't lump them into a crowd. Treat each person and their situation with the attention that they deserve.

5. Let your people KNOW that it is ok to call you anytime. Answer the phone, return calls, ensure open communication is the standard.
