Do you have recommendations? Ask for it.
Share very useful content.
Write
your own opinions about your industry and post it.
Connect your Linkedin to
Twitter, so you will Tweet your Linkedin posts too.
There are 1,000s of things you can do to improve any social
media site. The list above will not guarantee new leads for you, but it will
ensure that your profile looks professionally updated.
You'll need to invest about 1 hour per week for professional development to learn, and keep updated with the latest trends. Plan for it in your weekly schedule. This self education can be reading blogs, watching YouTube videos, or actually implementing the new strategies that you've learned.
